From the manufacturer

The first Alexa Kettle

Connect any Alexa device to your kettle and use your voice to remotely set it to boil, change the temperature settings, or keep the water hot, all without lifting a finger.

Where is the water level indicator?

This is located inside the kettle due to the double-walled insulated design, which helps to retain the temperature for longer. It also adds to the sleek aesthetic design. The app has a feature which will notify you when the water level is low.
Why is my device not connecting to the Wi-Fi?

Try a power recycle on your router and Alexa device. Simply turn off the devices, wait for 30 seconds and turn them back on. Make sure the Wi-Fi is 2.4G and away from any interference. Please see the manual guide for more information.
Why is the device 2.4GHz and not 5Ghz?

2.4 GHz offers a wider coverage and is the perfect solution for multi-room WIFI usage. Despite 5 GHz higher transfer speed, its lower frequencies can’t penetrate solid objects such as walls, therefore it is suited to lower coverage areas.
Why is our device not connecting to our broadband?

Upgraded your broadband recently, or added additional booster features? Please contact your broadband provider who will be able to troubleshoot connection issues. Please also check the band of your WIFI, we recommend 2.4 GHz to support the device.

What features does the Alexa Kettle have with the Alexa app?

The Alexa app allows you to create personalised commands, turn the kettle on and off, set to Keep warm mode, adjust the temperature and add that all important brew to your daily routine. App features work on both IOS and android devices.
